Before you apply, I want to make sure we’re talking about the same problem.
Most of the professionals I work with are intelligent, capable, and experienced.
They know their field. They know what they want to say.
But when attention turns toward them, something changes.
Their thinking narrows. Their voice changes. They become more concerned with how they’re being perceived than with the point they’re trying to make.
They tell themselves they’ll speak up next time. Or they’ll send the email afterward. Or they’ll wait until they’re more confident.
And over time, that pattern starts costing them opportunities. Not because they aren’t capable.
Because visibility and performance under attention trigger a conditioned visibility response that interferes with their natural ability. That is the problem this work is designed to address.
What This Is
This is not public speaking training. It is not presentation coaching. It is not a confidence course.
This is one-on-one coaching focused on changing the conditioned visibility response that interferes with communication, presence, and professional authority.
We work together until you get the result.
Enrollment includes coaching access for up to 18 months from the start date, though most clients should expect the work to move much faster.
The goal is not to help you merely tolerate fear better. The goal is to build presence, recovery, and speaking patterns that make fear less controlling in the moments that matter.
Alongside that work, we develop the speaking and presence skills necessary to ensure your delivery matches your intellect.
The Founding Cohort
I am currently accepting 3–5 professionals into the first public cohort of this program.
The methods themselves are not new.
They are drawn from years of study and practical work in hypnosis, conditioning, philosophy, public speaking, and performance.
What is new is the formalization of those methods into a dedicated process focused specifically on public speaking fear and visibility-related performance issues.
Because this is the first cohort, participants receive the full program at a founding rate of $2,500.
Future cohorts will be offered at the standard rate of $3,500.
In exchange, I ask for honest feedback throughout the process and, if you achieve results you believe are worth sharing, a testimonial.
Who This Is For
This work is designed for professionals who:

This is not for people looking for quick tips, motivational encouragement, or surface-level confidence techniques.

Applications are reviewed individually within 48 hours, usually less.
I will personally respond to you. If it appears to be a strong fit, I will contact you to schedule an initial conversation.
At that time, we’ll determine whether this work is appropriate for your situation and whether we’re a good fit to work together.
Not everyone who applies will be accepted.
